Some physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print fulfilment partner. This means your item may be printed, packed and dispatched directly by them on our behalf.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, paper type, print finish or framing choice.

Product images may include mock-ups, styled images or room settings to help show scale and presentation. Frames, mounts, props or accessories are only included where clearly stated in the product description.

3. Product Descriptions and Sizing

Where sizes are listed, they may refer to the artwork size, paper size, print size or framed size. We will aim to make this clear on each product page.

4. Ordering From Us

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the selected product or products.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

WhatsApp order updates

If you provide a mobile number at checkout, you may also receive order-related messages via WhatsApp, such as confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates. The frequency of these messages may vary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

Our products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted print fulfilment partner. Where an order contains more than one item, products may be produced at different locations and may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production times, destination country, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

If an order is returned, delayed or lost because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for the cost of reprinting and/or reshipping the order.

7. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

Our products are fulfilled through a network of print partners, some located outside the United Kingdom. This means your order may occasionally be produced in a different country to your delivery address — including for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Where this happens, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, handling fees or other charges when it crosses into your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority or delivery provider and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Import rules, thresholds and charges change from time to time and are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import processes or unpaid customs charges.

8. Digital Downloads

Digital products may include downloadable artwork, printable files, colouring pages or other digital content.

Digital products are supplied in the format stated on the product page.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

• The file is for personal use only, unless a commercial licence is clearly stated.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software and printer are suitable for opening or printing the file.
• Colours may print differently depending on your printer, paper, ink and settings.
• No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated.
• Before accessing or downloading digital content, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the download or access has begun.
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless they are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

9. Use of Digital Products

Unless stated otherwise, digital products are for personal use only.

You may:

• Download the file for your own personal use
• Print the file for your own personal use
• Use the file as described on the relevant product page

You may not:

• Resell, share or distribute the digital file
• Upload the file to file-sharing websites
• Sell printed copies of the file
• Use the artwork on commercial products
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Edit, trace, copy or reproduce the artwork for resale
• Use the artwork as part of a logo, brand identity or commercial design without written permission

Commercial use is only permitted where we have provided written permission or where a commercial licence has been purchased.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product you have ordered.

10.1 Standard Physical Products

For most standard physical products bought online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item after telling us you wish to cancel.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return and provide the correct return instructions.

Returns may be handled using a parcel return service where available. We will provide the relevant instructions if this applies.

Please do not return items to our print fulfilment partner, as they are unable to accept customer returns on our behalf.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items to us.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in suitable protective packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, or suitable proof that it has been returned, we will process any refund due to the original payment method.

10.2 Made-to-Order, Personalised, Bespoke or Custom Products

Some products may be made specially for you, including personalised artwork, bespoke commissions, custom sizes, custom colours, custom wording or other made-to-order items created to your specification.

These products cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10.3 Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, unless they are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: admin@inkitabstracts.co.uk

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of any visible damage to the outer packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as these may be needed to investigate the problem.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

12. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at: admin@inkitabstracts.co.uk

We will look into the issue and may ask you to confirm your delivery address and check with your local delivery office or courier.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with our fulfilment or delivery partners to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, customs checks, unpaid import charges, failed delivery attempts or parcels left unclaimed.

13. Original Artwork

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and may include natural marks, ink variation, texture, paper variation or small imperfections that are part of the handmade nature of the piece.

Unless stated otherwise, purchasing original artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with inkitabstracts.

You may not copy, reproduce, scan, sell prints of, licence, alter, distribute or commercially use the artwork without our written permission.

14. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, product photographs, text, branding, logos, digital files and website content belong to inkitabstracts, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, share or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Purchasing a physical or digital product from us does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to you.

15. Discount Codes and Promotions

• Discount codes and promotions may be offered from time to time.
• Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be used with other offers.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Discount codes have no cash value.
• Discount codes may have expiry dates or usage limits.
• We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
