ordering & products
what is inkitabstracts?
inkitabstracts is a small, independent studio selling original black ink fine line drawings by Martin, available as prints, framed prints, and colouring books.
are your prints original artwork?
Every print is made from one of Martin's original ink drawings. We also sell a small number of one-of-a-kind original pieces — these are marked clearly on the product page.
what products do you sell?
Prints (unframed and framed) and colouring books — currently one colouring book is available, with more planned.
do designs stay available, or are they limited editions?
Some designs are released as limited editions — produced in a set, limited number, and not reprinted once they've sold out. Others remain part of our ongoing range. Check the individual product page for details.
sizes & framing
what sizes are available?
Five sizes: 8×10" (20×25cm), 12×16" (30×40cm), 18×24" (45×60cm), 20×28" (50×70cm) and 24×32" (60×80cm). Full detail on our print sizes guide.
which size should i choose?
As a rough guide: 8×10" suits a shelf or desk, 12×16" is our most popular all-rounder, 18×24" works as a confident single piece, and 20×28"/24×32" make a statement above a sofa, bed or as a feature wall piece.
do you offer framed prints?
Yes — every size is available either unframed or ready-to-hang framed.
what frame colours are available?
Black, wood, or white. Frame colour doesn't change the price. See our framing guide for the full breakdown.
what are the frame measurements?
Depth 20–25mm (0.79–0.98"), width 10–14mm (0.4–0.6") — a slim, modern profile.
what paper do you print on?
Quality fine art paper, chosen for crisp detail and true depth of black.
shipping & delivery
how long will my order take?
Delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Standard shipping is 2–4 days domestic / 4–6 days international; express is 1–2 days domestic / 2–4 days international (plus production time either way). Your exact estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
how much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order — the exact cost is always shown before you pay.
do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide wherever available.
will i have to pay customs fees?
It depends on the item and where it's produced. Most orders are made in the same country as the delivery address and won't attract any customs or import charges. Where a product is produced outside your delivery country — which can happen even for UK orders — it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees when it crosses the border. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import rules change from time to time, so if you're unsure, it's worth checking your country's current rules before ordering.
will my whole order arrive together?
Not always — if you order more than one item, they may be produced in different locations and arrive in separate parcels on different days.
can i change my delivery address after ordering?
No — once an order is sent to production the address can't be changed, so please double-check it before confirming your order.
returns & refunds
can i return my order if i change my mind?
For standard physical products, yes — you have 14 days from delivery to let us know, then a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
can i return a commission or made-to-order piece?
Generally no, unless it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described — these are made specially for you.
what if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging — we'll sort a replacement, reprint or refund.
how long do refunds take?
Up to 10 business days once your return is received and approved, depending on your bank. For the full policy, see our returns & refunds policy.
commissions & custom orders
do you take commissions?
Yes — get in touch via our contact page and select "commission or original artwork" as your enquiry type.
how long does a commission take?
Turnaround varies depending on the piece — we'll confirm a timeframe with you when we discuss your commission.
payment & general
what payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major bank cards, as well as PayPal.
is my payment information secure?
Yes — checkout is fully secure, and we never see or store your full card details.
